At Therooh, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

We've made our return process simple and straightforward. Follow our easy steps to initiate a return or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

RETURN PROCESS

Contact Support

Email us at returns@Therooh.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Package Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.

Return Shipping

We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Drop off at nearest courier service.

Inspection & Refund

Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Note: Some banks and credit card companies take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@wecrafts.in.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exchanges@wecrafts.in and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item
  • Shipping costs for sending the replacement item will be borne by us
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@wecrafts.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Important Notice

To be eligible for a replacement or refund for damaged/defective items, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the damage or defect
  • Keep all original packaging

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Shipping Charges

Standard Returns: Shipping costs are non-refundable

Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs

Wrong Items Shipped: We cover return shipping costs and send correct item

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
